I believe RiftIcon speaks for itself. That's why I offer a straightforward 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If the Software doesn't meet your expectations, you're entitled to a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

Email me at randy@rifticon.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
Include your PayPal transaction ID or the email you used at purchase
I'll process your refund within 3–5 business days

Conditions

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal)
Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated
Each customer is entitled to one refund. Re-purchases after a refund are final sale.

After 30 Days

After the 30-day window, I'm unable to process refunds. However, if you hit a critical issue with the Software, reach out anyway — I'm committed to making it work for you.
