RiftIcon is built and maintained by me, Randy W. Stover. I respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit this website and purchase my software.

1. Information I Collect

Information you provide directly:

Contact form submissions: Name, email address, and message content when you use the contact form.
Purchase information: When you purchase RiftIcon, PayPal processes your payment. I receive your name, email address, and transaction ID from PayPal. I do not store your credit card or banking details.
Email waitlist: Email address if you sign up for updates.

Information collected automatically:

Usage data: I may collect basic analytics (page views, referral source) via privacy-respecting analytics. I do not use invasive tracking cookies.
Log data: My hosting provider (Netlify) may collect IP addresses, browser type, and access times in server logs.

2. How I Use Your Information

To process and fulfill your software purchase
To deliver your license key via email
To respond to your contact form inquiries
To send product updates (only if you opted in)
To improve the website and product

3. Data Sharing

I do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. I may share data with:

PayPal: Payment processing (governed by PayPal's Privacy Policy)
Netlify: Website hosting and form submissions (governed by Netlify's Privacy Policy)

4. Data Retention

I retain your purchase records and license information indefinitely to provide ongoing product support. Contact form submissions and email signups are retained until you request deletion.

6. RiftIcon Software Privacy

RiftIcon software runs 100% locally. No telemetry, no analytics, no data collection. Your AI inference, model data, and device information never leave your local network. I have zero visibility into how you use the software after purchase.

7. Children's Privacy

RiftIcon is not directed at individuals under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
